Adidas Collaborates With Fewocious for Limited-Edition NFT Sneakers

Adidas, one of the world’s largest apparel giants, has collaborated with the well-known digital artist Fewocious to create a tangible shoe that will be sold with an NFT redemption pass. To further their exploration into the “art of play,” Fewocious and Adidas have created a limited-edition mint pass titled “Trefoil Flower.” This pass will be made available for purchase on OpenSea beginning on June 22nd.

NFC Tags & Companion NFTs

To ensure authenticity and verification, NFC tags are attached to each physical sneaker and connected to a companion NFT. These tags can be read for verification as they are implanted in devices such as smartphones, contactless credit cards, and passports.

Multi-Stage Sale

The Trefoil Flower NFT will be issued through a three-stage private sale and subsequent public minting process. Early access buyers at a reduced price of 0.2 ETH (or $350) include holders of Adidas’ current Alts Decos and Soles NFTs, as well as Fewocious Paint Drops. There is also subsequent minting at 0.25 ETH ($435) for holders of all other Adidas Alts, Fewococous NFTs, Bored Ape Yacht Club Doodles, Rug Radio NFTS etc., before opening up to general public sales at the same price point.
